Parking terms

Your selected venue operates the parking location. Review its posted signs, rates, address, and restrictions before registering or paying. Registration does not reserve a space or override accessible, fire lane, loading, or reserved-space rules.

Your parking pass

Enter the correct plate and issuing state. Paid parking begins when payment is confirmed. Arrival registration provides a short grace period to obtain venue validation; it is not a completed validation. Check your status page for the confirmed end time.

Venue validation and employees

Customer validation is subject to venue eligibility, its daily limit, and one redemption per vehicle per venue per day. It runs from arrival. Employee permits are managed by the venue, remain valid until revoked, and do not require daily check-in.

Payments, refunds, and support

Stripe processes parking payments. Contact the venue’s listed support address about refunds, plate corrections, payment disputes, or parking enforcement. Text reminders are optional and may be delayed; you remain responsible for checking the end time.

The venue must publish its business identity, refund rules, and applicable parking policies before live operation.
