How do I start?

Scan the QR sign at your lot or enter its zone code. Confirm the venue and address, then enter your license plate and issuing state.

How does customer validation work?

Choose “I’m visiting the venue.” You have 15 minutes to get the venue’s daily code and enter it on your parking status page. The venue can also validate your plate directly. A code is valid for that date in the venue’s time zone, with one redemption per vehicle per venue per day.

Do employees need to check in?

No. Your employer registers your plate once. Attendants can see your standing employee permit whenever they check your plate. Ask your manager to register a replacement vehicle if your plate changes.

Where do I find my status?

Keep your confirmation page open in the browser used to register. If you opted into text reminders, use your private status link or reply STATUS to the parking text. Don’t share your private link.

Need a correction or a refund?

Contact the venue using the support email shown on its parking page. Payment problems, incorrect plates, and disputes need to be checked by venue staff. Follow posted restrictions and don’t assume a failed payment has created parking.
