Privacy notice

ParkMello stores your first and last name, email address, contact phone number, plate, state, parking location, parking times, and payment references needed to operate parking. Venues can register employee plates and employee references. Authorized venue staff can view relevant parking and employee records.

Payments and messages

We use your email address to send parking registration and confirmation messages through Cloudflare, including a private link to your parking status. These are service messages, not marketing. Stripe handles payment card details; ParkMello does not store your card number. Your contact number is stored for your visit. We do not send texts without your separate consent. If you choose text reminders, we store your verified phone number and consent and use Twilio to send parking messages. Texts are optional. Reply STOP to opt out.

Access and cookies

A necessary browser cookie protects access to your parking session. Private email and text links also provide access; treat them like a password. Staff use authenticated accounts with venue-specific permissions. We record management changes for accountability.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact the venue using the support address on the parking page for access, correction, retention, or deletion requests. Parking and financial records may need to be retained to resolve payments or disputes. The venue must provide its business identity and applicable retention policy before accepting live customers.
